Sustainably produced in dark grey and featuring Teixidors signature coloured edges in pale grey and rust. Also available in dark grey, powder blue and turquoise.

There’s beauty in the little imperfections – that’s what ethical brand Teixidors celebrates in its homeware. All of its products are hand spun on the brand’s traditional wooden looms in Barcelona and many feature their signature vegetable dye trim. This handweaving technique makes each one ever-so slightly different and each one ever-so slightly special. Traceability of their cashmeres, silks and wools is guaranteed as is the quality of their product. The lightness of their weaves and the pureness of their fibres make them a luxurious but eco friendly addition to any home.
The Maker
TEIXIDORS
Teixidors is a non-profit socially responsible Barcelona based textile brand created over 30 years ago with the aim of achieving economic independence and social inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities. Their award-winning designs are created by a small army of 32 weavers who have undergone at least 5 years training, on manual wooden looms in their workshop in Terassa, Barcelona. They use only the highest quality raw materials and meticulously selects its suppliers . Sustainable cashmere and yak wool from a cooperative in Mongolia and ecological Merino wool from a small farm in Provence are just two of the many sources from which Teixidors creates its exquisite hand-made pieces. Their responsible approach to consumerism and coupled with the exceptional quality of their work has rightly thrust them into the international spotlight.
